SIGQ is a startup formed by engineers who have built and operated global-scale services at companies including Rakuten Symphony, Bank of America, Siam Commercial Bank, Money Forward and PLAID. We now put that experience into one product, Incident Lake, and the data foundation beneath it.
Support capacity: Japanese and English. Our team works in both languages every day, and we support customers in Japanese and English today.
