Job Description
This role involves partnering with clients to address their system reliability challenges and collaboratively develop and drive "reliability-by-design" strategies that balance business growth with stable operations. With a deep understanding of the complex system environments and business structures of enterprise companies, you will propose integrated solutions—such as our proprietary products "Incident Lake" and "End-to-End Incident Response"—and lead the execution of account plans while engaging the client’s internal engineering teams.
Examples of our services
Provide strategic recommendations to the client’s CTO, VPoE, and SRE lead aimed at streamlining incident response and improving reliability, thereby establishing a relationship as a trusted advisor.
Leveraging our in-depth knowledge of SIGQ’s Agentic AI Platform, we transform and define challenges faced by our clients—such as the “personalization of tacit knowledge”—into problems that can be solved using our solutions.
In projects involving large-scale organizational restructuring or system overhauls, I lead project management efforts that involve the development department, customer success teams, partner companies, and other stakeholders.
We will share customer feedback gathered through sales activities with the product development team to inform the requirements definition for next-generation incident management features.
We will raise the overall sales performance of the team through knowledge sharing and create new market opportunities.
Eligibility Requirements (Required)
Candidates with a proven track record in corporate sales (particularly in IT solutions, SaaS, and consulting).
Someone who understands the importance of "reliability" and "operations" in supporting our customers' business foundations and is committed to sincerely addressing their core challenges.
Someone with experience leading multifaceted proposals and consensus-building in enterprise sales involving complex stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications (Preferred)
Sales or hands-on experience in SRE, DevOps, or related fields.
Experience in strategic account planning and execution for major corporations.
Experience in cross-functional negotiations as a member of senior management.
Experience in pioneering uncharted territories, such as rapidly growing startups and other nascent organizations or markets.

Application Guidelines
Employment Status
Full-time employee *Probationary period: 3 months after joining the company
Annual income
12 million to 30 million yen (theoretical annual salary)
*Performance-based stock option plan available
*Includes a fixed overtime allowance (40 hours); additional overtime will be paid separately
*The annual salary listed is based on a variable pay multiplier of 1.0. Actual annual salary may vary depending on performance. Please inquire during the interview for details.

Working Hours
Flexible Work Hours: 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM (60-minute break)
Various Allowances
Full reimbursement of transportation expenses (up to 50,000 yen per month)
Holidays and Leave
Days Off / Two-day weekend (Saturday and Sunday), national holidays, and the year-end and New Year holidays
