Partner Sales / Alliance Strategy Lead (CxO Candidate)

    Job Description

We are seeking a Partner Ecosystem Architect to build alliances with major system integrators and strategic partners from the ground up and accelerate the market penetration of Incident Lake. You will take end-to-end ownership of the process—from identifying and negotiating with partners to finalizing contracts—and will be responsible for designing in-depth capital strategies and business alliances. As a potential CxO candidate who will lead our next generation of management, you will drive the entire business forward.

    Examples of our services

    • Proactively identify and develop relationships with major system integrators, IT consulting firms, and cloud vendors, and lead the end-to-end process of establishing strategic alliances.

    • Strategically design the form and depth of partnerships—including capital and business alliances, joint ventures, and reseller/OEM agreements—and drive decision-making in collaboration with management.

    • Build and manage a partner sales framework (channel design, incentive structure, enablement programs, and KPI system) from the ground up.

    • We designed a framework covering everything from generating leads through partners to closing deals and ensuring customer success, thereby developing indirect sales channels into a key revenue stream.

    • We conduct in-depth analyses of market trends, competitor activities, and potential partners’ strategies to develop differentiated proposals that combine our own products with partner assets.

    • We drove the project across internal departments—including Engineering, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance—and established a collaborative framework with external partners.

    • With a view to future involvement in management, I actively engage in management issues such as business strategy, organizational design, and recruitment.

    Eligibility Requirements (Required)

    • Candidates with a proven track record in partner strategy, alliances, and channel sales within the enterprise B2B sector.

    • Candidates with a strong network and negotiation experience with major system integrators, IT consulting firms, and other system integrators.

    • Candidates with experience leading large-scale projects involving multiple complex stakeholders, from strategy development through consensus-building to project completion.

    • Someone who is comfortable building systems from the ground up and can independently establish the organization, processes, and culture.

    Qualifications (Preferred)

    • Experience in establishing Japanese subsidiaries or country operations for foreign technology companies (e.g., Country Manager or General Manager).

    • Experience building partner ecosystems in growth areas such as SaaS, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and security.

    • Practical experience in facilitating corporate transactions such as capital alliances, M&A, and joint ventures.

    • Experience in business development and strategic planning at a startup or in a new business venture.

    • Candidates who are capable of conducting business and contract negotiations in English (opportunities to collaborate with global partners).

    Ideal Candidate

    • We are seeking individuals who resonate with SIGQ’s vision of “transforming incident response into enhanced reliability” and are committed to raising the standard of system reliability in Japanese enterprises as a form of social infrastructure.

    • Someone who is unafraid to negotiate with large corporations and develop capital strategies, and who possesses the courage and determination to join a startup in its early stages as an executive.

    • Someone with a "builder" mindset who can build organizations and teams from the ground up while also delivering strong individual results as a player.

    • Someone who can take a strategic view not only of maximizing short-term revenue but also of building long-term trust with partners and designing an ecosystem.

    • Someone who can proactively tackle business challenges and engage in discussions and make recommendations on an equal footing with the CEO and co-founders.

    What Makes This Position Attractive

Ownership in Designing an Ecosystem from Scratch

You’ll start from scratch with partner programs, channel strategies, and alliance agreements. Your own strategies and execution will directly drive the company’s growth trajectory.

Opportunities to participate in management at the capital and strategic levels

You won’t be limited to a standard sales role; you’ll also be involved in strategic decision-making, such as designing capital and business alliances and laying the groundwork for future M&A.

A clear career path to CxO roles

This position is viewed as a potential candidate for the role of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) or Chief Operating Officer (COO) in the future. Depending on your performance and cultural fit, we will discuss the possibility of you joining the executive team.

A frontrunner in the structurally growing "reliability" market

With the acceleration of digital transformation and the widespread adoption of AI, the importance of system reliability is growing exponentially. You can become the player with the deepest understanding of this market’s ecosystem.
