Obtained certification for the international information security standard "ISO/IEC 27001"
SIGQ Co., Ltd. (pronounced "Sig-Q"; Headquartered in Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture; Representative Director: Takaaki Kanetsuki), the developer of "Incident Lake," an Agentic AI specialized in incident management, is pleased to announce that it has obtained certification for "ISO/IEC 27001," the international standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).This certification objectively verifies through a third-party organization that the company has established an advanced information management system, providing enterprise customers with greater peace of mind when using our services.

Background and Purpose of Certification
In today’s system operations, which require stable, round-the-clock operation 365 days a year, infrastructure operational data and incident response logs are highly confidential information that lies at the core of a company’s IT infrastructure.
Our "Incident Lake" service integrates operational data scattered throughout an organization and uses AI to transform tacit knowledge—which is often tied to specific individuals—into explicit knowledge, thereby helping to dramatically accelerate incident response and drive continuous improvement. Given the nature of the service, which involves us holding our customers’ critical system data, enterprise organizations considering implementation require us to establish an extremely rigorous information security framework.
