SIGQ, a developer of agentic AI, has launched a strategic partnership with Fujitsu’s venture studio, “Fujitsu Launchpad”

SIGQ Inc. (Headquarters: Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture; CEO: Takaaki Kanetsuki; hereinafter “SIGQ”), a provider of “Incident Lake,” an autonomous AI solution for incident management, announced today that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Fujitsu Launchpad Limited (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Raleigh Morgan; hereinafter “FLP”), the corporate venture studio of Fujitsu Limited.

Through this partnership, SIGQ will leverage FLP’s global customer base and business expertise to accelerate the implementation and market expansion of “Incident Lake” in large-scale enterprise environments.

    Background of the Collaboration

We will strengthen our efforts to achieve SIGQ’s goal of “ ensuring the reproducibility of decision-making.”

System downtime is not merely a technical glitch; it is the greatest business risk that can undermine a company’s credibility. However, many managers are overwhelmed by the task of switching between multiple dashboards to assess the situation and piecing together fragmented reports from the field.

SIGQ offers "Incident Lake," a solution where AI agents proactively aggregate and analyze logs to instantly identify the fastest path to resolution. This allows managers to spend less time figuring out "what is happening" and more time focusing on the essential decision-making process of "how to respond."

Through this collaboration with the Fujitsu Group’s Studio Function (FLP)—which supports numerous social infrastructures and large-scale systems—SIGQ will promote product verification and implementation in environments where the highest levels of reliability are required.

    Details of the Partnership

Under this Memorandum of Collaboration, SIGQ will receive the following strategic support from FLP to accelerate its business growth.

    • Enterprise Access: We validate product-market fit (PMF) through access to Fujitsu’s extensive customer network and business divisions.

    • Strengthening Market Entry Strategies: We will work with FLP’s team of experts to optimize pricing strategies and implementation processes for large organizations.

Through this partnership, we will combine the agility of startups with the robustness required of enterprises to solve the deep-rooted challenge of “incident management” faced by organizations of all sizes. We are committed to going beyond simply providing tools; we will accelerate the development of products that enhance the resilience of entire organizations and contribute to the realization of a safe and secure digital society.

At FLP, we are deeply interested in the theme of “risk transformation”—specifically, how companies can manage risk efficiently to pave the way for broader digital and organizational transformation. Incident management, which SIGQ specializes in, is a critical area at the very heart of this initiative. Our role is to partner with startups that hold the potential to pioneer the future of IT and accelerate the transformation of Fujitsu and its customers, and to provide strong support for the maturation and market deployment of their solutions. We are very much looking forward to exploring the next evolution of system operations together through this collaboration with SIGQ.

    About SIGQ Co., Ltd.

SIGQ is a startup based in Tsukuba that uses AI agent technology to automate and enhance system operations. Its flagship product, "Incident Lake," is more than just a tool for improving on-site operational efficiency. It autonomously handles the entire process—from data collection to root cause analysis—when an incident occurs, and visualizes the information needed by management and stakeholders in real time.

This addresses the business challenge of "incident management" faced not only by on-site SRE teams but by the entire organization. By eliminating information asymmetry to support rapid business decision-making, we drive the transformation toward a resilient organizational structure that eliminates reliance on individual expertise.
